Elias Makhule UMC

Beloved Brothers and Sisters in Christ of [Kennett FUMC],

We are greeting you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, the strongest and powerful, the great counselor of humanity, and that may the peace and communion of the Holy Spirit and blessings of God be with all of you.

We are writing this letter in a time we are preparing for the coming of the Son of God, the Savior in the world. A special month for the United Methodist Church in Mozambique and today I am writing this letter from the site of the South Annual Conference session.

We would first of all like to thank you for your financial support you are providing to this pastoral charge. May God bless you! We received your support since January through December, and this is a gesture of those who love Jesus to other people who love Jesus. We would ask you to continue with such heart so that this charge can attain other levels of financial sustainability, as we are creating profitable projects for the wellbeing of the Church in Mozambique . We are seeking appropriate measures to equip us for fund raising in order to reduce dependency on member’s contributions. We have talked about a number of projects that have not taken step because of lack of funding, but we pray that God will hear our dream in the name of Jesus.

The Elias Makhule Pastoral charge comprises of 727 members divided into various categories that I will mention in the next letter.

Accept in this way, the reaffirmation that your brothers and sisters in Christ are always praying for the work of Christ at your church and we pray for your Pastor who has a difficult task of feed the flock of the Lord.

Greetings from your brothers and sisters of Elias Makhule UMC.

I as a Pastor of this church, greet you the community of [First UMC in Kennett], especially to my beloved colleague in God’s field, Rev [ Gary Carter ].

May God bless you all!
