Let’s Play; “Match the Camper”

We received evaluations from “Adventure Camp at Blue Mountain” this week.  The volunteer staff who shepherded campers from 1st UMC Kennett wanted to take some time to share their observations of this time spent with God and other campers.  Let’s see if you can match the camper with the observation.  The most accurate entrant will receive a Kennett United Methodist Church coffee mug.  (in case of a tie the winner will be chosen with a random drawing).  Good luck.

The Campers:  (Yah!  Woohoo!!!  Way to God!)

Anne Elizabeth Williams                     Elice Siebenhuener

Joelle Siebenhuener                            Allyson Leigh Lynn

Kayton C. Harris.

 Observation 1:

Always talking and enjoying time with the other campers but was still able to settle down and listen when it came time to be serious.  Volunteered to pray out loud during group time and was always willing to answer questions on bible study.  Loved to sing during worship.  Very fun loving girl who is always smiling.  A joy to be around.

Observation 2:

Always had enough energy to cover everyone, participate in all songs and games too.  She showed love in many different ways and everyone felt welcome.  Is a big ball of fun and joy to be around.

 Observation 3:

From the moment of arrival always energetic and smiling.  We never had any problems with her interacting with the other girls.  She is a favorite among the campers.  Loved to pray out loud during group time and always was attentive and responsive during bible study.  Loved singing during worship.  Is such a joy to be around.  Her happiness makes her wonderful.  God shines through her with her willingness to help others.

 Obeservation 4:

Always socializing, made a point to include everyone she could.  Always participated in games and camp activities.  Volunteered to read a verse for Vespers service.  Discovered ways to use what she is good at to please God.  Is a great girl to have around.  She’s vibrant and has the potential to be a great Christian.

 Observation 5:

Had a lot of fun during swim time and showed compassion for everyone.  Always was enthusiastic about all activities.  Learned a church song in sign language and loved it.  She was usually quiet but always was havin fun with everyone.  She had a great week.

Write your name at the top and the name of the camper you believe matches each observation and turn it in to the church office.  A winner will be announced on during worship on August 1st.  Enter as often as you’d like but only one entry per person will pass along into the prize drawing.
