When to Start?

I’m looking out the Pastor’s Study door and through the church patio windows as a big white dog chases robins.  Spring must be close at hand.  And with the budding flowers and green grass of springs comes the central celebration of the Christian faith; Easter.  I’m ready for some new life.  But is it too early to begin getting things ready?

No, it’s not too early to begin getting our lives right with the Lord.  Come gather with the faithful next Wednesday (Ash Wednesday) in the sanctuary at 6:30pm.  The prophet Joel and Psalm 51 will guide our prayers.  Come and remember who God is and who you are.  Hear of His forgiveness offered through Jesus Christ.  Come and see and move a little closer to life; “Putting Christ First … Every Day.”
